looks worse than it is, ridden Whistler and many trails around here. Never caused me problems... At least it is not on the weld or below the junction..

I am 6ft on a good day.. This bike is a ripper on large open trails, just looking to get into a smaller bike. The wheel base is a bit long for me that's all.

It was off this bike http://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/543328/ I bent a crank arm from some howitzers I had on it, ran the BB for about 2 months during the dry part of the summer. Ended up with these cranks to match the BB then bought some SLX cranks that have an integrated BB.. Just sitting around now..
